BEFORE BUY GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Please be aware the gift voucher is only valid for 6 months, Please inform whoever you bought it for.

2. The reason being. We are changing the menu treatment details & and price from time to time.

3. When the menu / treatments / price are changed, it may also affect the gift voucher amount you have. To be fair to both clients and us. We are unable to charge you more if on the day you come the price has increased, also we can’t give you a refund if the price on that day is lower than your gift voucher

4: Non-refundable & non- exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash.

If you are happy with our gift voucher conditions, please go ahead and purchase it for your loved one, family, and friends

BUT, if you think we are taking advantage, please just call and make an appointment for them on the day that you think suits them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that no refunds will be provided once a massage treatment has commenced or been completed under any circumstances.

In the event of a genuine emergency requiring you to leave before or during your appointment, a Gift Voucher may be issued at management's discretion for use on a future visit.

GIFT VOUCHERS POLICY

1: The original voucher must be presented to redeem the voucher.
2: Only valid for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher.
3:  The gift voucher will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null and void if tampered.
4: Non-refundable & non- exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash.

THAI STYLE STRETCHING TECHNIQUE

Our traditional Thai Massage is having a full body stretching technique, if you are uncomfortable with that OR if you have any concerns, YOU MUST inform us before the Massage begins.

MASSAGE PRODUCTS

We use (warm) sweet almond base oils, combined with aromatherapy essential oils. This unscented base oil feels light on your skin, provides a soothing aromatic experience, while also hydrating your skin. Also using a Thai herbal balm for the stiff muscle area to relief of muscle aches.

FACIAL PRODUCTS

For facials we use the Skin Juice (organic range) (Disclaimer we do not accept any responsibility for skin allergic reactions from our products)

CONSULTATION FORM

Fill out The consultation form before the treatments start is very important, so please complete correctly.

ARRIVAL TIME / LATE ARRIVALS

We recommend at least arriving 5 minutes before your appointment, this allows time to fill out consultation form, (for the first-time clients)
If you arrive at your booking time, your consultation, time will be allocated within your booking time. (This means you'll lose time for your treatment)

CANCELLATION

If a cancellation will occur, please keep in mind we run a professional service here and by canceling late, we will lose money on clients. So be mindful and ring us four hours prior to canceling your booking, otherwise a penalty fee will occur.
